Warranty and refunds

We first try to fix or replace access. If replacement is impossible, we calculate a refund for the unused period.

What does the warranty cover?

Access issues not caused by the buyer, within the warranty period shown on the product card.

When is a refund impossible?

If the item was activated and stopped working because the buyer violated service rules, shared access with others or changed settings independently.

How do I get help?

Open the order in your account or message Telegram. Include the order number and a problem description to speed up checks.

Data and security

We store only what is needed for orders, delivery, support and fraud protection.

Minimum data

Email, Telegram ID when using the bot, order history, balance and delivery statuses.

Delivery secrets

Access data is shown only to the order owner and never exposed in public catalog APIs.

Payments

Payment confirmations are checked server-side; duplicate credits and user substitution are blocked.
